Recipient undertakes to prevent the unauthorized use, disclosure, publication or dissemination of Confidential Information. Recipient agrees to accept Discloser’s Confidential Information for sole purpose of evaluating the potential business opportunities and/or dealings with Discloser and will not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the composition or underlying information, structure or ideas of any Confidential Information or manufacture or distribute, directly or indirectly, any item based on or incorporating the Confidential Information.
