We have noticed another issue with AB08 where the keyboard characters or barcode scanner characters in the patient ID field come out as unreadable or incorrect. For example if we type “q” we get a letter “a” and if we type letter “a” we get “q”. Numerals come out as unreadable. The fix is that if we go in the settings and set the keyboard to English the issue goes away. With AB06 this issue not present.
