Without prejudice to its obligation

Without prejudice to its obligations to indemnify Benoy under clause 5.1, the Sub-Consultant shall take out and maintain at all times during its appointment hereunder as well as after the termination of its appointment hereunder with such insurer acceptable to Benoy with a minimum cover of not less than ____________ (insurance) per claim in respect of the Sub-Consultant’s liability hereunder and on such other terms as are acceptable to Benoy and its insurer.
