Besides the management of the distributors themselves, as supply chain core and logistics scheduling and managing centre, automobile manufacturers must be the powerful backing ,they not only have to acquaint the stocking surroundings of components and supply ability of themselves so that they can supply downstream distributors with the materials needed ,but also they need to predict the demand of the downstream distributors on the basis of order rate of the past and communicate with the supply and marketing business in time to understand the situation, with the aim of improving the efficiency of supply chain response. And they shall improve the level of sharing information, offer the distributors convenience in ordering, online tracking, searching information to make the stockings tend to be in a rational while being able to make full use of warehouse space and satisfy the requirement of the customers ,to achieve the advancing of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
