A quadratic treatment effect was present for AFM1 transference (P = 0.03). There was a negative linear treatment effect for AFM1 concentration in urine and feces as concentration of adsorbent in the diet increased (P = 0.04 and 0.05, respectively). Concentration of AFM1 in milk, urine, and feces had a treatment and a day effect (P < 0.0001 and P < 0.0001, respectively) as well as a treatment × day interaction (P < 0.0001). A day effect was present for total bacteria count in urine (P < 0.05).
