We will introduce a massage chair in floor pantry as we think it is the determinacy item that affecting housekeeping staffs’ perception of the hotel and lower the turnover rate. Also, to enhance the relationship between hotel and housekeeping staff. For the massage chair, we will introduce the uDivaClassic from OSIM since it is small in size which can save around 34% of places. Small size item is our priority of consideration so as to retain the practicability of floor pantry since the basic and main function is the storage. Although the massage chair is the most expensive item, it brings a long term benefit to the hotel because the high turnover rate consume hotel more in providing training in long run. It is a compulsory cost in lowering the turnover rate.
