I assume it will take some time to gather all the remaining faulty RAM from clients
Sorry we don’t do serial tracking so we are not sure which clients have them
Some of them might even have worked as we know it is an incompatibility issue
I think we should send back what we can from the 20x units, last I checked we had 11x ready to go
We will then pay for the balance 9x and if more come back we will send them back for swap out
