Like a photocopy, the porcelain and paper mixture mimic the rounded form durtng the air drying period. Eight different bowls were used, each with a different shape, diameter, height and functionality such as kitchenware, fruit bowls and soup bowls. The lamps were finishcd using traditional firing and ceramic glazing techniques, resulting in wide and colorful range of lamps that are also extremely lightweight. By using just a thin layer of the paper clay mixture, the lamp shades are translucent. ! bet these give off a nice, colorful and relaxing light.
