Benoy may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies forthwith take over and complete the outstanding Sub-Services. If Benoy (whether by itself or others) incurs additional costs and expenses over and above those which have been incurred if the Sub-Consultant had duly performed hereunder, then the Sub-Consultant shall forthwith reimburse Benoy for such additional costs and expenses thus incurred by Benoy.
