1. Reservation: The Agent shall direct all booking requests to
[e-mail] or call ([phone]. All bookings shall be deemed confirmed and binding when the Agent receives a written confirmation from the Company with a booking number. The Company reserves the right to deny bookings on certain public holidays or special event days.
2. Payment on Credit: Payments on credit are not accepted by the Company.
3. Advance Payment: Payment via bank transfer must be made and a verification bank slip sent to the Com-pany at least 24 hours prior to the Agent’s clients’ day of arrival to the park. Agent’s clients will be denied entry if the Company cannot verify payment. Bank payments must be made to the Company bank account as per details below:
