Subject always to the terms and conditions of the Project, the ownership and copyright of any documents, drawings, materials produced, plans, sketches, correspondences and instruments provided by the Contractor in relation to the Project shall vest and remain so vested with the JV Company upon and after the termination of this Agreement.
