NFU recognizes and agrees that copy

NFU recognizes and agrees that copyrights, trademarks, or other rights to intellectual property arising from specific work performed under this agreement are the exclusive joint property of Rights and Resources Group and NFU. In exception to the above joint ownership provisions, any maps, data, or other documentation that demonstrates particular traditional or statutory community resource or tenure rights, especially those produced by a community or with data, narratives, or other information from the community, shall be the exclusive property of the community, in compliance with International Law. Rights and Resources Group and NFU share rights to use these documents unless these rights are terminated or not granted by the community. NFU will immediately notify Rights and Resources Group of such termination of use rights
immediately upon notification by the community, whether during the term of this agreement or after its end date.
