In consideration of due and punctual performance of the obligations undertaken by the Sub-Consultant hereunder to the satisfaction of Benoy and subject to clause 3.2 below, Benoy will pay to the Sub-Consultant by such instalment payments (calculated on an hourly rate basis)and at such time as set out in Annexure “4” attached hereto.
