. ReliabilityThe reliability of the instrument is established by internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha). Table 5 shows Cronbach's alpha for all the ten scales, four constructs and the full survey. The alphas ranged from .72 to .96 showing the evidence of reliability.4.3. ValidityTwo types of validities were established. The establishment of the content validity was achieved by involving a panel of 4 experts in a series of meetings to decide the appropriateness of content of the items. These experts comprises of 2 educational measurement researchers and 2 NML researchers who were involved in the selection of the initial pool of items.
