Having great vocal talent =/= having star potential tho. Like honestly, who cares about weaker vocalist unless you are not a fan or simply want to hate. Most of the lucky idols who are successful than their group members don't have great & strong vocal anyway but they just IDK, shine like stars or something on the stage compared to others. Your eyes just wanted to look at them so. ;p

Yes Chae is a good rapper and wrote her rap on Sixteen. Momo is one of the best dancers in kpop. Mina is also a good dancer. Chae can sing rap and dance well, Nayeon is a good supporting vocal.

I'm they aren't lacking in fact they have a lot of things that other rookie groups that debuted this year don't have. An awesome main dancer, different variety of girls ; all the girls have a different vibe.I'm not dragging any group but based off the female rookies this year Twice is on the same level vocally as them. Gfriend does have a awesome main vocalist but she has things she needs to improve on and I find the others in the group mediocre/ average.

why you being narrow-minded i'm pretty sure clc and lovelyz have better vocalists though? you can like twice but you don't have take other gg rookies for granted just to make your faves look better lmao even omgirl have amazing dance practice videos and on-point formations/ transitions.

regarding the different vibe, the styling has to do a lot with it, and the exposure each member got from the show. imagine if all the twice members came out and groomed with the same wardrobe and hairstyle. i'm not trying to be technical, but you're biased to think that every other girl group are bland and alike when it's all due to styling that sets them apart.

tbh the gg rookies this year are pretty strong, me gustas tu was hella catchy. it climbed back on the chart due to the video but the song wouldn't have longevity unless it's really good, and the fact that they're not from the big3 was impressive.

There really is only 4 core members of twice everyone else got in cause of visuals. Nayeon, Jihyo, Momo and Chayeon is all you really need. And the fact that their all pretty you don't need a member just for visual either.

I wasn't saying that dancing isn't important. But honestly the fact that she is only a good dancer won't help the group. If you want to say they need a dancer than Mina will do because not only can she dance but she is more stable and sings better than Momo. She is by far not a needed member of Twice even Tzuyu even only for her visual is a core member of the group.
