E. Creating a tag rule
1. In the HTML page, click the New CSS Rule button in the
CSS Styles panel.
2. In the New CSS Rules dialog
box, change the contextual
selector type to Tag.
3. For the Selector Name, type
body or select body from
the drop-down list.
4. For the Rule Definition,
make sure that your
external stylesheet is
selected.
5. Click OK.
