What do you mean by : on-off button ( top side of button ) only for Bluetooth ?That means that : If we connect the keyboard with the USB cable and that we don’t press the on/off button, is the Bluetooth mode is deactivated until we press the on/off button to turn it on ? Or is the Bluetooth mode turn on automatically (without pressing on/off button) when the keyboard is connected with the USB cable ?By the way, if you say that the USB is always ON, it means that the battery is always on too ? Moreover, we can understand that airline companies rule that battery capacity only allow 25~30% power for air shipment, but actually some of the keyboards were completely discharged because they were ON during the travel. We really need to understand how everything works because it maybe means that all our user instructions paper is false. We didn’t have any answer about the keyboard that we sent back to you few weeks ago (the one that stopped to work even in USB mode connected with cable) Are you available to have a call with me to discuss about this ?Please let me know when it is possible.
