Findings:
# Low T1 and T2 siginal in both sesamoid underneath 1st metatarsal head, correlating to the sclerotic change on prior radiograph.
# No fracture, dislocation, or gross degenerative change is detected about the ankle joint.
# Minimal joint fluid, within physiologic limits.
# No marrow edema is detected about the joint.
# Visualized portions of the tendons and muscles crossing the ankle joint are within normal limits in signal intensity and morphology.
# No evidence of tendon tear or degeneration or tenosynovitis.
Impression:Sclerotic change over both sesamoid, AVN could have this appearance. Need clinical correlation.
