I think the speaker(A) meant to make it in a sarcastic way. Because the speaker wasn't wrong at all, but he/she was reviled.
For example, the speaker(A) had an argument with someone(B), then B reviled A that A was bad. So A got mad at B and uploaded a sarcastic status (like this one) on social network without letting B know.

*It's completely impolite.
