Over the years I’ve gained a broader set of skills which reflect the multiple hats I have worn as well as an ability to look across an entire project and connect the pieces required to deliver against the plan. My work falls with in all stages of the product life cycle from introduction of new SKU's to smaller evolutions required to stay competitive as markets mature. My range starts upstream with a deep understanding of how to work with research and turn findings into meaningful branded experiences that add value to people’s lives. I work with business teams to consider all consumer touchpoints when writing product briefs. I then illustrate and communicate opportunities by setting creative direction through a number of methods that unify and inspire project teams and create a common understanding of what the vision should be. Moving downstream, my time spent working directly with overseas OEM and ODM factories has given me the ability to develop feasible solutions while ensuring the original business objectives and consumer experience remain intact.
