4 GUARANTEE FOR THE CONSULTANT
4.1 The Consultant shall guarantee that it has sufficient resources, experience and capacity for conducting all the Work under this Contract.
4.2 The Consultant shall take full consideration of any all possible aspects that are related to or might affect the Works under this Contract. The Consultant's negligence in taking such considerations shall not discharge its obligations under this contract and shall not incur any additional payments from or costs to the Client.
4.3 The Consultant shall guarantee, in the event that the contents of the Design Documents supplied by the Client are not in conformity with this Contract, to make prompt and adequate amendments at its own cost and to provide the Design Documents that are in conformity with the contract without delaying the finally successful completion of the Project.
