Compost qualityQuality parameters such as nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and trace elements, which make up the nutrient content of compost, are essential as they are indicative of future use of the compost (Mohee and Gaju, 2002). Required and predictable compost quality is essential to secure recycling of the resources and to avoid that the compost again becomes a waste problem (Asdal and Breland, 2003). Table 2 shows the final characteristics of composts for G, GBIO and GDEG.
