i) bonus in our company is non-contractual
ii) bonus payment is at the discretion of the company depending on the company' s performance and the performance of the individual. in his case we are in the opinion that with his persistent inefficiencies he did not quality to receive the bonus. He has also not completed one year of services with us when he resigned. He has no right to demand for such payment.
