1. In this research, the particle layer is replaced by bulk, laser is regarded as a continuous energy input. The particle layer should be modeled as particles with size distribution to observed the difference between two ways. In the reality, the laser is a frequency pulsed power, the heating process might be different if the laser energy input is replaced by the frequency pulsed power in the simulation.2. The jagged in temperature gradient’s plot should be investigated in detail.3. Some defects that haven’t been observed by the simulation, such as crack, porosity and key-holes, those kinds of phenomenon can be simulated with the particles instead of bulk.4. The residual stresses from different volumetric energy density should be simulated in detail. 5. The Knudsen layer should be simulated in detail, which may affect to the surface roughness.
