Cancelling your trip will always involve some costs. Costs charged by the airline and our administration fee. The level of the costs depends on the terms and conditions the airline applied to each ticket. If you want to cancel your trip, please send us an email and clearly state your booking number or airline number. We will make a cost overview of your cancellation. If you agree to the costs, we will cancel your trip and send you the confirmation. You can use that to claim your cancellation with your insurance. (if applicable)
