To complete this research, the author goes through literature review, including Tainan and Kaohsiung city promotion, definition of public relation plus marketing for events and mutual events publicity. Through reading literature review, the author understand how Tainan and Kaohsiung carry out city promotion, what definition of public relation plus marketing perspective for holding events, and what kinds of tools of promotion is applying to events the author research.
Meanwhile, only collecting data, internet, and journal.etc, it is not enough to figure out annul local events circumstance and development. In this time, the author does field observation and qualitative research to further understand annual local events. Through field observation and qualitative research, the author does realize how events’ organizer to arrange internally and promote externally to meet different customers demand. Also, the author meets events’ staff, agricultural section director, and tourist center staff to make in-depth interview for events’ marketing, public relation and future development.
