It will help a lot in determining the right candidate for the job.
The following are procedures in finding a qualified candidate.
I hope this answers your question about our cooperation.

(For your reference, the consulting fee is about 20% of the yearly salary of the candidates.)
3. Candidate search
Interview to make sure the candidates are qualified
4. Candidates nomination & recommendation
Qualified candidate(s) recommendation to Client with recommendation report
5. Interview arrangement

6. Reference check

7. Employment offering coordination
Employment offering (Salary & benefit, employment condition, onboard time etc.) coordination
8. Candidate on board
Now the answer to your question about availability, we have a list of qualified sales manager candidates.
However, we will have to make sure that they are suitable candidates for Garmin.
This may require looking outside. Also, it would take about two weeks to find and recommend a qualified candidate.
Would it be possible to get a job description for this job?
Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could answer some questions for me.
1. Can I advertise this position publicly? Or, would you like us to be discreet?
2. Have you asked other Consulting Firms about this position?
The Korean market is quite small. If you requested this from other firms, the process may become confusing due to overlapping candidates.
