If you encountered difficulties and were unable to submit the electronic arrival card, you could still submit the paper-based disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card upon your arrival in Singapore. You may also wish to note that the current trial of the beta version of the “SG Arrival Card” e-Service is extended to all foreign visitors travelling to Singapore. However, if you are arriving via cruise liners or entering Singapore to assume work pass status, you are still required to complete the paper-based DE cards until further notice.
