This Code defines critical facilities, infrastructure and utilities (critical receptor), which are those buildings, infrastructure and utilities by their nature or by the nature of the activities conducted therein being particularly sensitive to disruption due to construction noise and vibration effects or where the consequences of such disruption would be severe.
