The English version of this Contrac

The English version of this Contract and any written doc. between both Parties shall prevail.
All questions concerning interpretation or clarification of this Contract taken by CLIENT should be final and conclusive. At all times SUPPLIER shall provide the Service in accordance with the determinations, instructions and clarifications of CLIENT.
