4. Learn to say “no.” Avoid being a job collector. As pastor, you are the servant who carries God’s message, but you are not the errand person for every organization in the church.
5. Schedule time for your family. It is a most tragic thing if you constantly set your family aside. After preaching to so many, do not risk losing your own family.
6. Keep a healthy balance in your schedule. You must give the major tasks and responsibilities the most time.
