13. EFFECT OF RECONSTRUCTION
The Employee acknowledges that if this Agreement is terminated by reason of the liquidation ofthe Company or the transfer of its business to another company for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation and she is offered employment with any concern or undertaking resulting from such reconstruction or amalgamation on terms and conditions which are both in form and substance no less favorable taken as a whole than the provisions of this Agreement she will have no claim against the Company (or any other member of the Group) in respect of such termination
