10 SUSPENSIONS
10.1 The Client may by notice to order the Consultant to suspend performance of all or any of its obligations under this Contract. The notice must specify the obligation to be suspended, the effective date of the suspension and the reasons for the suspension. The Consultant must then suspend performance of the obligation until ordered to resume performance of that obligation by the Client.
10.2 If the Consultant's performance of its obligations is suspended then the date for completing the Works may be extended accordingly.
