2.3 The Parties agree that the Payment Plan and the amended Specific Step-in Trigger Key Dates, in Appendix 2.3 to this Agreement shall replace the relevant items in the Payment Plan and the relevant Specific Step-in Trigger Key Dates in Schedule 1 (Cost Model; Rates) under the Contract.
