Case 3 was a 3-year-old boy with exotropia and co-existent trichiasis. The patient was diagnosed with AS by MLPA. The cycloplegic refraction of the patient was +2.00/+2.00∗100 in the right eye and +2.00/+2.00∗85 in the left eye. The patient's exotropia deviation was 60 PD. The patient accepted 8 mm of lateral rectus recession surgery (Fig. 1H), and revealed effective outcomes during the follow-up period (Fig. 1I).
