Sizing and optimization techniques must efficiently search for
an optimum combination of parameters like system cost, system
reliability, PV system size,til tangle of PV panels, battery size,wind
turbine size with hub height because, over sizing causes higher
system costs and under sizing causes insufficient power supply. A
number of authors have carried out detailed reviews onsizing and
optimization techniques [2–10]. Summary highlights of these
studies are given in Table 1.
