Party B shall be solely responsible

Party B shall be solely responsible for clearing the Agreed Products through customs and paying all handling, storage and clearance charges, customs duties, freight charge to the carrier appointed by it and all other charges incurred in delivering consignments of the Agreed Products to the agreed location. Any fee related to transport and storage of the goods incurred after the goods arrive at the agreed location indicated in the order shall be assumed by Party B.
