Prospective tenant
During the last three months of the term, the tenant shall allow the landloard at all reasonable time, upon reasonable pior notices to show the premises to prospective tenants or purchasers and allow the landloard to exhibit without interference upon such part of the premises as the landlord shall think fit a notice indicating that the premises are to become vacant and containing such other information in connection therewith as the landlord shall require and the tenant shall not conceal such notice.
