This is Fang-Yi. My friend and I rent a car from your company and unfortunately ran into an accident. We did call the police and went through the full investigation with them. Both the police officers and the clerk of rental shop(Nagoya Shinkansen Station) mentioned the owner(highway company) of the tunnel wall (which was damaged in the accident) would start an investigation to evaluate the damage and probably charge for fixing it. We paid all the compensation costs to Nissan, including 3rd party property damage, vehicle damage, and NOC. The clerk also mentioned that the details of the compensation would be updated to ToCoo (the rental service company) since my booking was done by ToCoo.We just want to check in if everything of this accident is alright? If possible, could you provide some info of the follow-up progress regarding the investigation and fixing on the damaged wall?
