Hey all you Cymatics enthusiasts! I

Hey all you Cymatics enthusiasts! I have an exercise/experiment I need your help with. :) Anyone with a cymatics setup and a compass can help.I want to determine if cymaglyphs orientate themselves to magnetic North. :) So, fire up your rig, get a descent, stable standing wave going and then use a compass to determine it's orientation. 8-fold symmetry would work best considering it aligns with the compass points. I have a hunch just from the many runs I have done, it seems there is a consistency. Let's find out!
