I was a first time to smoke at 15. Until I quit smoking total of 26 years. How could I start to smoke?
When I at 15, I felt my body to become quite different. (I felt I grew up).
One day, my classmate gave me a treasure (no, that’s a cigarette). I felt wondering.
That’s my best friend, so I glad to accept, and I try my first cigarette.
Amazing, Smoking let me feel dizzy, That was very special experience.
Step by step I am used to smoke. On the contrary, it’s let me think quickly and looks like manly.
I start to smoke between friendships and I want look like manly.

Day after day I can’t without a cigarette. No matter, I am to drive, to work, or walking on the street. I am smoking at everywhere.
Around 15 years ago, smoking in Movie Theater, Restaurant, even in the Bus (just open the window).
At this moment, many of organization and government announced “Smoking is harmful to health”.
Now, many places can’t smoke. A smoker needs to find a corner or smoking area, and then just stand to smoke, that’s so lonely but still be cool. Well, smoking becomes inconvenient.

The cigarette’s price is triple then 10 years. – Reason 1
And, when I take a walk with my family sometimes feel hard breathing. – Reason2
I am thinking if I give up smoking. I could save money and let my body become healthier. That’s one stone two birds.
I was talking to my wife, I will quit smoking. She was silent.

I started to try many kinds of ways, let me forget a cigarette. In fact, that’s hard to over my head. Horrible!
But, Life always finds a way.
First, I watch a mirror tell me “I not a smoker”, no matter when you get up or finished a meal. Day after day cause of your determination will build up more self confidence. – Self hypnosis.
Second, I start to exercise. Riding a bike is a good choice. Drinking water a lot. Let nicotine lower in your blood.

What about feeling of giving up smoking?
For the first three weeks, I usually feel anger and tell just one piece cigarette from the bottom of my heart.
Because, I can feel a cigarette wave its hand again and again to me.
At this moment, I tell myself against temptation of nicotine. The determination lets you easy to face it.
Three months later, I am using to no smoking. Everything becomes different. Like water is sweet and fresh air.
After a year, I am not a smoker. I dislike smelling the smoke.

Finally, Life is beautiful. Everyone can choose their own lifestyle. If some of smoker wants to try to quit smoking.
I will say” don’t be afraid”. I can also you, right?
