The Insured is bound to declare each and every shipment, that falls within this contract (including vessel, sum insured, voyage, date of shipment etc.) 3 working days without exception before the departure, and the Insurer (s) is bound to accept all of the shipment as declared up to the amount and subject to the terms and conditions as specified in this contract. The insurer will not liable of any loss if the shipment is not reported in written by the insured before the departure.
The declaration form is as the Addendum A.
