Information obtained by SUPPLIER and manpower provided by it from CLIENT during the course of the Work, all records or documents from CLIENT pertaining to the Work, as well as the details in this Contract, shall be considered confidential. SUPPLIER and manpower provided by it shall not, without prior written consent from CLIENT, disclose to a third party or publish even in excerpt such information, records or documents.
