Focusing on enterprises’quality management system to ensure effective monitoring in the work place and to realize the sustainable improvement of the quality of the product or service.
Arrange all staff to do the quality monitoring and control in the workshop site. Communicate with related department and give action & information about abnormal products timely & accurate; Investigate abnormal condition and arrange preventive measures if necessary.
Reply and tracking of customer complanits, ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures are worked.
