The Contractor shall be liable under the same terms and conditions as those applicable
to the original Works for a period of two (2) years for any defect in a part of the Works
that has been replaced or repaired in accordance with clauses 51 and 55 in Orgalime SI
14. For the remaining parts of the Works, the liability period shall be extended by a
period equal to the period during which the Works were out of operation as a result of
the defect for which the Contractor is liable.
