SECTION I – TICKET PURCHASE

1. Details of the sale and purchase by or through the Agent of Day Entry Tickets and the prices therefor are set out in the Schedule hereto.
2. On payment of the non-refundable price for each Day Entry Ticket purchased under this Agreement the Company shall issue the relevant Day Entry Tickets.
SECTION II – TICKET DETAILS
1. Child denotes below 12 years of age. Senior denotes 65 years of age and above. Valid proof of identification required.
2. Local (Resident) Student denotes 12–21 years of age .Valid proof of Thailand Student identification required.
3. The Agent’s Rates are applicable only to travel agents who have been licensed by the Thai Tourism Authority or IAATA.
4. The Agent shall sell Park tickets in the Agent’s tour packaged deals and programs as part of a global combined tour package per customer, either online or offline.
5. The Agent may also sell Day Entry Tickets individually. Provided, however, that under no circumstances shall the Agent sell Day Entry Tickets individually to third parties at rates lower than the Park’s applicable published standard rates for the various categories of Day Entry Tickets set out in the Schedule.
6. The Company shall be entitled to invalidate and cancel any Day Entry Tickets purchased by or through the Agent if the Agent is in breach of this Agreement
7. The Agent shall feature Cartoon Network Amazone Water Theme Park in its tour programs and brochures where appropriate, using pre-approved Cartoon Network Amazone image library and designs subject to the conditions listed in SECTION IV- USE OF AUTHORISED DESIGNS.
8. All information and rates stated in this Letter are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed by the Agent to its customers or any other persons for whatever reason or purpose.
9. There shall be no refund to the Agent or to any customer of the Agent for any ticket for any reason whatsoever.
10. The Company shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing immediately (by email, fax or letter) to the Agent if the Agent breaches any term of this Agreement
