If the Lessee decides to enter into the CIP Lease Agreement with the Lessor, the Lessee shall together with is acceptance specify the commence date for the lease term under the CIP Lease Agreement, which shall not commence later than twelve (12) months from the termination of the MVOW Lease Agreement.
