Part C – Termination
You will be REPORTED TO POLICE AND TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, without 1 month salary in lieu of notice, if you are found committing any offence listed below:
a. physically (Hitting, snapping or shaking) or sexually abuse our baby in any circumstances.
b. leave our baby in outsider’s (Your friends and relatives, any claimed to be employer’s friends/relatives) hands or ask outsiders to take care of our baby without employer’s permission in any circumstances.
c. to leave the house on your own or with baby without employer’s permission, except for disastrous situation such as fire outbreaks.
d. USE, KEEP, BORROW or EXCHANGE employers belongings without employer’s permission (including: money, valuable, clothes, food, cosmetics, etc).
e. SMOKE, CONSUME ALCOHOL, TAKE ILLEAGAL DRUG OR GAMBLE during duty or while in the house.
f. bring any friends or relative into the house without employer’s permission.
g. get loan from finance company or be a guarantor for anyone.
h. quote or use employer’s address for personal use (e.g. applying credit card or applying home phone line) without employer’s permission.
i. take any part time job.
j. leave Hong Kong during your contract period without employer’s permission.
k. willfully disobey a lawful and reasonable instruction or neglect your duties habitually without rational reason, you must follow employer’s instruction and work schedule closely.

ASAP, mengkonsumsi alkohol, MENGAMBIL OBAT ILLEAGAL OR GAMBLE selama bertugas atau saat di rumah. F. membawa teman atau kerabat ke rumah tanpa izin majikan. g. mendapatkan pinjaman dari perusahaan pembiayaan atau menjadi penjamin bagi siapa saja. h. kutipan atau menggunakan alamat majikan untuk penggunaan pribadi (misalnya menerapkan kartu kredit atau menerapkan rumah saluran telepon) tanpa izin majikan. i. mengambil paruh waktu kerja. j. meninggalkan Hong Kong selama masa kontrak Anda tanpa izin majikan. k. sengaja tidak mematuhi instruksi yang sah dan wajar atau mengabaikan tugas Anda terbiasa tanpa alasan yang rasional, Anda harus mengikuti instruksi dan jadwal kerja majikan erat.
