Upon termination of this Agreement

Upon termination of this Agreement the rights and obligations of the parties here under shall wholly cease and shall be of no effect but without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the parties against each other in respect of any antecedent breach of this agreement or the obligation of either party hereunder arising prior to the termination of this Agreement.

本协议终止后的权利和义务的缔约方根据应完全停止，应无影响但不妨碍权利和补救措施的各方互相反对对任何先前的违反本协议或任何一方在本协议终止前本合同项下所产生的义务。

在本协议双方的权利和义务，在此之下应完全停止和须就任何先前违反本协议或义务的是没有影响，但不妨碍权利和对对方当事人的补救措施终止任何一方本协议之前，本协议终止而产生的。

結果 (中文) 3:

本协议终止后，本协议双方的权利和义务将完全停止，但不影响双方在本协议终止前的任何先前违反本协议或任何一方的权利和补救措施的权利和补救措施。
