The Licensor hereby grants and/or continues to grant to the Licensee the licence to operate the Dental Centre (the “Licence”) at a designated portion of the Premises (the “Licensed Area”) for the Term (as defined in Clause 3 below) upon and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
